QUALITY

We have been working on implanting the Model to Improve Tourism Quality (Modelo de Aproximación a la Calidad Turística, or MACT) of the Tourism Secretary in 20 establishments: hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, the tourist information office and interpretation centre, the local police and tourism-based businesses.
